OH MY GOSH! I made these by accident but if you love the delicious peanut butter and chocolate candy and pancakes then boy oh boy you sure will enjoy these pancakes! My B-Bear loves Reese cups. He loves everything peanut butter. I came home from work one Saturday morning to find that he fell asleep watching a movie. He started talking about pancakes and I gave in. Mhm! So delicious. Sorry about the photos, B-Bear and I ate them up so quick. Bear later told me they were "blog worthy" so I hurried to take photos of them. Sorry again.
What's needed:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup milk (I used 1%)
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chip
and here's the kicker... 1/4 cup melted peanut butter.
Go ahead and mix these yummy ingredients all together. I like to mix the first 4 together. After that I mix in the egg until it's combined. Then the oil, milk, and melted peanut butter. After that's mixed add in the chips. Add a little non-stick spray to a pan. Use a 1/4 cup to spoon the batter onto the pan. Cook until little bubbles form then flip. You can eat these without syrup... or with. This makes about 8 pancakes.
Enjoy!
